Pintxos Tapas are based upon tapas served in the Basque region, basically tapas served 'little and often'. There is no menu: Hot taptas are served up throughout the evening on cocktail sticks; the longer the stick the more expensive the Tapa. Price range from €1.75 to €3.50 for tapa. A fabulous idea and one that has now taken off outside Spain with a Pinxtos opening in New York.
