Rosmarino may already be a firm favourite for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine, but their new restaurant, which recently opened with a lavish party attended by over 300 guests, revealed a new focus on elegance, design and fine creative cuisine. Graciela Leanza Arquitectos were responsible for the interior design, which marries contemporary touches, provided by features such as transparent partitions, to an elegant, romantic ambience, provided by warm colours reminiscent of Italy and its primary products. Intense red fuses with ‘pesto green’ and the light-filled paintings of Paula Vincente. The new Rosmarino is a perfect place for a special evening with your partner, or with a group of good friends. Graphic artist, Miriam Bidondo, designed Rosmarino’s new logo and their menus, adding artistic touches, such as the engraved logos that can be found in every mirror. The best news is that all their pasta is, as you’ve come to expect, 100 per cent homemade.
