Elliots is the brainchild of Paul Charles, who realised there was a need in the area for a high society chill out bar with a nightclub ambience. The club certainly stands out, with its blue, silver and chrome exterior and the lovely murals by famous Dutch artist, Rob Van Den Top. Canadian barman, Anthony Partridge, is an international award-winner, ranked fourth in Canada as a flare bartender; he was also the 2001 champion in Gran Canaria. His 'Tom Cruise' style bottle juggling is a sight to behold, as is his 'fire flare', the art of spitting deathdefying fireballs in the air. The bar also boasts the latest state-of-the-art surround sound system, a large dance floor, two 42-inch plasma screens and a two and a half metre projector screen, playing the latest DVDs and musical hits, as well as transmitting international sporting events. |
