Because this is a coastal urbanization most homes are within walking distance of the beach.

Located on the coast around 10km east of Marbella, Elviria is 30 minutes from Malagas International airport which services most major European destinations. Elviria is home to many superior quality developments and urbanisations most of which on an elevated position overlooking the sea.
