Landscaped gardens appear to extend into the green beyond, and provide pretty surroundings for the swimming pools and tennis courts. Andalucian in style, this hotel combines Roman and Greek elements of mosaic and marble, columns and motifs. The décor of the 144 guest rooms and suites has been inspired by similar influences, drawing on smooth classical lines, with a rustic charm. Appealing particularly to couples, the hotel has an atmosphere of elegant informality. Lunch outdoors on the terrace or dinner at the Spanish restaurant is typical of this, but for a touch more formality Le Nailhac French restaurant is perfect.
